Job Summary :
To help and physically assist in production and the shipping / handling departments as needed. Main duties include but not limited to are :
- working in the production department assisting in the manufacturing of door units
- palletizing product and shipping preparation
- loading trucks
- unloading trucks
- pulling shelf items for orders
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to lift interior and exterior door unit's up to 100# consistently throughout a work shift
- Must be able to work in seasonal temperatures ranging at times from 0 - 100
- Must be able to be on your feet throughout the work shift of 8-10 hours
- Be able to work overtime, approximately 50 hours weekly or more

- An industry standard hourly wage structure is supplemented with a monthly bonus structure that is based on monthly profitability.
